Using LaanOS

LaanOS provides software for fashion businesses to manage inventory, customers, orders, billing, expenses, reports, and AI-assisted planning. You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for the accuracy of data entered by your team.

Accounts and Permissions

You must provide accurate registration details and use LaanOS only for lawful business purposes. Account owners are responsible for users invited to their workspace and for activity performed under their credentials.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans, if enabled, may be billed monthly or annually depending on the selected option. Plan features, limits, and pricing may change with notice. Taxes, payment provider fees, or third-party costs may apply.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt platform availability, upload malicious content, violate privacy rights, or use LaanOS to store unlawful or harmful material.

AI-Assisted Features

Forecasts, reorder suggestions, descriptions, and pricing ideas are decision-support tools. Your business remains responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for purchasing, pricing, tax, or customer decisions.
